Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage are wholesome, nurturing treatments designed to support you through the extraordinary journey of pregnancy, birth and early motherhood. As a suitably qualified therapist, I offer Pregnancy massage from the earliest stages of pregnancy (1-12 weeks), when your body often needs more gentle support to stay balanced. As your body changes and your baby grows, each treatment evolves with you, helping to ease physical discomfort, encourage deep relaxation, and create space to connect with yourself and your baby. Whether you're seeking relief from aches and tension or simply a moment to pause and rest, the treatment is always tailored to what feels right for you.

After birth, postnatal massage offers an opportunity to slow down and receive the care that is so often forgotten for Mum once the baby is here!  During this time of recovery and adjustment, treatments are designed to nurture, restore and support your body as it finds its new balance, while acknowledging the unique physical and emotional experience of your birth and motherhood journey.

 

Every session provides a calm, supportive space where you can rest, breathe, chat (if you want), drift off (if that's preferred!) and reconnect with yourself—helping you leave feeling lighter, more supported and better able to care for both yourself and your growing family.
